These terms apply when you browse the Jeriya Jewellery storefront or place an order. Please read them with the Return & Refund, Shipping, Cancellation, Warranty, Privacy, and Grievance pages.
Jeriya Jewellery is the trade name of a proprietorship operated by Richa Agarwal. Release 1 is for ready-stock jewellery sold in India in INR. Made-to-order, personalised, and engraved products are not included in this launch scope.
Product information, purity, certificate fields, availability, and prices are shown in good faith. Where applicable, customers can check the supplied hallmark and HUID details. Gold BIS reference: HM/C-8890260309. Silver BIS reference: HM/C-8890260410. Jeriya will publish product-level BIS or purity claims only after the relevant product data is checked.
An order becomes accepted when Jeriya confirms it. Payment authorisation alone does not guarantee acceptance. COD is disabled for Release 1. Prices, taxes, discounts, delivery charges, and payment terms shown at checkout form part of the order record.
Every offer will show its validity, eligible products, exclusions, and benefit. If Jeriya finds a material price, tax, availability, or description error before dispatch, it may contact the customer to confirm the corrected order or cancel and refund it.
Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information, protect account credentials, use payment methods lawfully, and avoid bypassing security or uploading unlawful content. Reviews and customer content must be lawful, respectful, and related to the relevant purchase.
Jeriya owns or is licensed to use its name, logo, images, designs, software, and written content. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Governing-law and dispute-resolution wording will be completed after legal review.
