Shipping Policy
Jeriya Jewellery dispatches ready-stock orders from its GST-registered business address in Agra. The delivery estimate and any applicable charge are shown before checkout.
Jeriya aims to dispatch ready-stock orders within 2 business days after payment confirmation and stock checks. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, courier serviceability, and operating conditions. The estimate is not a guaranteed date unless Jeriya expressly confirms one.
Tracking details are sent to the saved contact details when the courier creates the shipment. High-value shipments may require a signature or identity confirmation. Never share a payment or account OTP with an unauthorised person.
If the parcel appears opened, severely damaged, or tampered with, refuse delivery where possible and contact support immediately. If you accept it, preserve photographs and an unpacking video and contact us promptly.
Customers must provide a complete address and remain available for delivery. If delivery fails because of an incomplete address, unavailability, refusal, or serviceability issue, the courier may return the parcel to Jeriya. We will contact the customer about re-delivery, cancellation, or refund.
Any shipping charge, insurance charge, or other delivery charge is shown before the order is placed. COD is disabled at launch. Non-serviceable pincodes may require an alternate courier or may be unavailable.
